Konto und Daten löschen Delete account and data

Diese Seite beschreibt, wie du dein optionales Skat-Tracker-Cloud-Konto und die damit verbundenen Daten löschen lässt. Wenn du die App nur lokal nutzt (ohne Cloud-Konto), liegen keine Daten auf unseren Servern und es ist nichts zu tun — eine App-Deinstallation reicht.

This page explains how to delete your optional Skat Tracker cloud account and the data associated with it. If you only use the app locally (without a cloud account), no data is held on our servers and nothing needs to be done — uninstalling the app is enough.

Variante A: direkt in der App Option A: directly in the app

App öffnen → Tab Mehr.
Open the app → tab More.
Bereich Konto → Konto löschen.
Section Account → Delete account.
Bestätigen. Konto und Cloud-Daten werden umgehend entfernt.
Confirm. Your account and cloud data are removed immediately.

Variante B: Löschung über dieses Formular anfordern Option B: request deletion via this form

Wenn du keinen App-Zugriff mehr hast, schicke uns hier eine Anfrage. Wir bestätigen die Löschung schriftlich innerhalb von 30 Tagen; in der Regel deutlich schneller. Wir antworten ausschließlich an die unten angegebene E-Mail-Adresse — bitte deshalb die im Skat-Tracker registrierte Mail eintragen.

If you no longer have access to the app, send us a request here. We confirm deletion in writing within 30 days; usually much sooner. We reply only to the email address you provide below — please use the address registered in Skat Tracker.

Falls das Formular nicht funktioniert, schicke uns alternativ eine E-Mail an privacy@inkcurity.net mit dem Betreff „Skat-Tracker Konto löschen" und der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich im Skat-Tracker registriert hast.

Was wird gelöscht What gets deleted

Konto-Datensatz (interne ID, Handle, Anzeigename, E-Mail-Adresse).
Account record (internal ID, handle, display name, email address).
Alle in die Cloud synchronisierten Spielrunden, Tische, Spieler, Statistiken.
All game rounds, tables, players, and statistics synchronized to the cloud.
Aktive Sitzungen / Refresh-Tokens (wirst auf allen Geräten abgemeldet).
Active sessions / refresh tokens (you'll be signed out on all devices).
Diagnose-/Crash-Daten (falls du sie freigegeben hattest).
Diagnostics / crash data (if you had opted in).

Was kurzzeitig aufbewahrt wird What is kept briefly

Server-Zugriffslogs (Pino/strukturiert, ohne Spielinhalte) zur Missbrauchs- und Sicherheitsanalyse: maximal 30 Tage, danach automatisch rotiert.
Server access logs (structured, no game content) for abuse and security analysis: at most 30 days, then automatically rotated.
Backup-Schnappschüsse der Datenbank (verschlüsselt): bis zu 30 Tage, dann ersetzt durch neuere Backups. Aus diesen wird kein Datensatz aktiv wiederhergestellt.
Encrypted database backup snapshots: up to 30 days, then replaced by newer backups. No individual record is actively restored from these.
